Service Description

An EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) comprehensive support package includes a detailed assessment of a child's special educational needs, health needs, and social care needs. It outlines the necessary support the child or young person requires, including special educational provision within the school or alternative educational placements. We will also advocate on behalf of the child and their family with other professionals, to gain the best possible outcome. includes outcomes, views, interests, and aspirations of the child and their parents, and can also include a personal budget to help manage the support.
