Yesim is a chartered psychologist who works with young people and their families to help navigate local services, build confidence, share knowledge and enjoy social opportunities and activities where they can ‘be themselves’.

Over 21-years experience of “Early intervention and prevention”, coaching (1-2-1/groupwork), assessment, careers guidance, training (e.g. change management, cultural diversity, anger management, self-esteem, confidence building), employee motivation, delivery of assessment &/or developmental centres, psychometric testing & analysis of organisational surveys.

Yesim provides support to children, young people and families by advocating on their behalf to obtain much-needed EHCPs (Education Health Care Plans) and also supports and leads on EHCP assessment appeals with a number of local authorities.

NYM Psychologists and Practitioners regularly collaborate with experts in the field of mental and physical well-being, in order to ensure that they can offer clients the complete package (healthy mind, body and soul) tailored to their individual needs following an initial consultation. In doing this, all clients are given the best chance of success.
